Your data is intended only for authorised Yacht In staff and, where applicable, our technical processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics) acting on our behalf. It is never sold.

Retention periods

Prospects / requests without follow-up: 3 years from the last contact;
Clients: duration of the contractual relationship, then legal periods (accounting, tax);
Analytics cookies: 13 months maximum.

Our site uses Microsoft Clarity to measure audience and improve the experience (heatmaps, browsing statistics). This service sets cookies only after your consent, collected via the banner shown on your first visit. No analytics cookie is set if you decline.
