- Request: vessel, dates, message, selected options;
- Client account: request history and documents (quotes, contracts);

Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to quote and contact requests (pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest);
- Managing the client relationship and bookings (performance of the contract);
- Sending the newsletter, if you have consented (consent);
- Measuring site audience (consent — see Cookies).
Recipients
Your data is intended only for authorised Yacht In staff and, where applicable, our technical processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics) acting on our behalf. It is never sold.
Retention periods
- Prospects / requests without follow-up: 3 years from the last contact;
- Clients: duration of the contractual relationship, then legal periods (accounting, tax);
- Analytics cookies: 13 months maximum.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses Microsoft Clarity to measure audience and improve the experience (heatmaps, browsing statistics). This service sets cookies only after your consent, collected via the banner shown on your first visit. No analytics cookie is set if you decline.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: database outside the public area, encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised persons only.
