E-foil or Seabob with an Instructor

The e-foil and the Seabob are the two symbols of modern nautical gliding. One flies over the water, the other cuts through the depths. Both give you that rare feeling of mastering an element you thought was reserved for insiders.

The activity

On an e-foil, you first learn to stand on the board, then to control the altitude above the water. On a Seabob, you dive with an underwater scooter that propels you at 20 km/h into the depths. Both can be practised from age 14, and the learning curve is surprisingly quick.

Coaching & safety

• State-qualified instructor, specialised in nautical gliding.
• High-end equipment: Lift Foils, Fliteboard, Seabob F5 SR.
• Theoretical briefing on board: safety, equipment, first gestures, signals.
• Session in shallow water to get the hang of it, before widening the zone.
• Wetsuit, life jacket, helmet provided, adapted to each person's size.
• Photos and videos possible to keep a record of the performance.

The ideal moment

In mid-morning or late afternoon, when the sea is at its calmest and the wind is light. The sheltered bays of Cap d'Antibes, Théoule and the Estérel are perfect. In summer, we avoid strong mistral hours. Off-season, conditions are often ideal all day.
