We organise a dedicated cruise along the area that interests you (Cap d'Antibes, Cap Ferrat, Théoule, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Estérel calanques). The captain comments on each property, its orientation, its access, its constraints. You take notes, photos, GPS references. We can also organise a stop on land if a property particularly interests you.
