Salpa Soleil 42

Description

The Salpa Soleil 42 combines the philosophy of a sporty maxi-RIB with the habitability of a true cruiser. At 12.75 metres overall and 3.95 metres wide, it offers particularly generous volumes for entertaining, cruising and staying on board.

The Double Step hull with a 30° deep V was developed with British specialist Adam Younger. It allows the Soleil 42 to take powerful engines while prioritising stability, efficiency and seakeeping. A real technical signature, not just a marketing argument.

The deck is organised around vast lounge areas and a very open cockpit. The bow and aft sunpads, cockpit seating and direct access to the water make it a boat particularly suited to long summer days. The Soleil 42 welcomes guests with no constraint.

Below deck, the Soleil 42 features two double cabins and a bathroom with shower. This configuration allows it to go well beyond a simple dayboat programme and to consider real multi-day escapes.

With up to 1,350 hp at maximum power, the 42 stays a lively boat, built for the open sea, but also comfortable for coastal cruising. An accomplished maxi-RIB — both performant and habitable.
