A gourmet lunch at anchor is one of the Mediterranean's great pleasures. No road, no neighbours: just a table set on board, a signed menu, and the sea as the only horizon.

The experience

A selected chef prepares on board a multi-course menu, adapted to your tastes and the season. The plating is done on deck, facing the water, with chosen tableware and attentive service. A starred table, simply moved out to sea.

The service

• Choice of anchorage according to wind, time of day and light.
• Chef arrival 1h before service for on-board preparations.
• Food and wine pairing proposed by a sommelier, on request.
• Refined table setting: linens, crockery, glassware, centrepieces.

Everything is designed so the table remains the heart of the moment without ever overpowering the setting. Deck canopy for shade, plaids for the breeze, music on low, and a captain who knows the service timings. You eat, talk, watch the horizon. That's all.
